At Pick-A-Play, your satisfaction is important to us. This Returns Policy explains your rights and options when returning items purchased through our website.

1. Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Not as described

These rights cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  1. Contact us within 14 days
  2. Provide your order number and photo evidence
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion.
Conditions may include:

  • The item must be unused and in resalable condition
  • The return postage may be at your cost
  • Refunds will be issued once the product is received and assessed

4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If an incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout, additional postage may apply to resend the order.
